Tut, tut: there are people out there who say the same thing about us in our kilts, eh? I have a semi-respecable collection of tye-dye brewpub t-shirts from across the Rocky Mountain West (one of the perks of a job that requires some travel). I suspect that some people might consider my appearance clownish, but they've either been too polite, or timid, to voice their opinion of my fashion sense (or lack there of :grin: ).

Bryan...besides, I loved tye-dye the first time around, too...

I was a kid the first time it went around, so you must have been just a wee whippersnapper yourself. Of course you liked it. ;)

Well, I wear tie-dyed socks with shoes, so why not hose with a kilt!
And also, I don't think msot people take me seriously kilted anyways.

Hey Glenn, remember that guy in Denver with the Utilikilt on with paint stains all over it!!

I was shocked that anyone could to that to a kilt, but my work kilts may soon resemble that if I keep painting in one.

Not quite tie-dye tho.

I was thinking, if I went back into house painting, that I might start combing the boards asking for UKs (of any color) that were patchable wear-outs or too stained for their owners to wear as normal attire, and paying low $$ for something I planned on staining anyway! ;)
