Realized I have a LOT of old wool tartan ties...like 30 years old that are now too short/small or motheaten that I could cut up into flashes!!
As soon as I dig up those how to instructions and find the time...but dang...should add significantly to my flash collection....really getting to like them and see how they can spiff up the look of solid color kilts.
Like today, I'm wearing my X Marks tartan flashes with cream kilt hose and a navy blue Utilikilts mocker.
Gonna check, but I also probably have some solid color ties I'll never wear again that could make good flashes.
Fun Fun Fun...

Ron I think recycling your old clothes is a excellent idea, turning what is now junk into a re-usable item once again.
