Here is a quick one I came up with.

"A day spent in the fields and woods, or on the water should not count as a day off our allotted number upon this earth."

    Thumbs up lol

Well done, man, it could be perfect for the Spain's tartan. Our country appears quite brown at satellite view and red and yellow are our flag's colours!

    ¡Salud!

Thumbs up Very nice, and an inspiration to boot

Now I need to find some time to sit down and make one too, you've done well.
I like the first and last ones the best.
As a graduate of Valencia HS, you're name is just cool too.
Now on to that cat tartan ....

    Tono,

Just out of curiousity, do you know who designed the Valencian tartan? Maybe knowing some of the tartan's history would help you to convince the Valencian officials to adopt yours.

It was made by a woman called Maria LLuïsa Luces-Feig (although I think that there's a mistake and the surname should be "Reig", as my second surname is), and it's registered at the Scottish Tartans Authority, with the ITInº 003890, ... that's the only I know about it, but surely at that institution they should have more info. Unfortunately I'm not a member, so cannot see the details about it!.

On the other side, I've thought about offering a conmemorative tartan for that 32nd. America's Cup of sailing in 2007, apart of the "Valencia" tartan that I found here. It will be a good chance to take profit of their impulse to promote this event all around the globe. So, wish me luck!, and if you can locate Mrs. Luces, gimme the contact and I'll try to express to her my gratitude for such a great job!

    Seeya man! ¡Salud!
