Wisconsin/Upper Penninsula Kilt Night?

I am actually somewhat free after 12/26 (family will be enjoying some Florida warmth), anybody want to try for maybe a WI ski/single-malt get together? Have to be a weekend, and probably a Saturday for MacMullen, but who might be interested, and anybody else who is willing to attend?
I figured more people might see this in the Kilt Night forum than over in the Homebrewing thread.
Like I said over there, it'd definitely have to be after Christmas for me. I'll be in Eau Claire in late January. Otherwise, I have family and friends around Osh Kosh, Appleton, etc., and could probably bring a couple more guys if that would work.

I just did a quick check on the distances and it looks like Little Chute, WI is smack dab between us! Now where did I hear about a town with that name...
Oh yeah, there's some crazy guy up there by the name of Bubba who goes around wearing a kilt! Maybe we should raid his hometown! Imagine the sight of numerous (OK, at least 2) tall kilted gents descending on Little Chute!
Anybody have a better place in mind? Anybody have preferences on a date or specific place to meet?
Oh, and I just noticed Bubba's signature is a quote from one of my favorite fictional characters (who also wore a kilt), Lazarus Long!

I'd love to, but I don't know at this point if it'd be possible between school and work. I'd have to see how things work out after the New Year.

I love the idea gents however......
(don't you hate the however?)
My family is out of state for the holidays and my DW is staying in Idaho for at least a week after that. That means I get to be Mr. Mom for a while. If the night can be delayed until mid Jan. there is a good chance I could attend.
Fingers crossed and looking forward!

There's no hurry with this. If we can plant the seed in people's minds and get them used to the idea that we can actually have an upper Midwest kiltnight, we can start coordinating and figure out a date that will work for most of us.
January, February, whenever, unless I have a church conflict, I should be able to make it.
Once my next batch of beer is brewed, we may have the first Marquette/Yooper kilt night. Of course, you're all invited to that, and I could probably arrange sleeping accommodations for you long commuters.
Hey, this should be my 200th post! Only 50 more until I am promoted to a Kilted Warrior.

I'm with MacMullen, whenever works for folks. MacG, I definitely understand being Mr. Mom! Somehow, I am going to be the one batching it after Xmas as the wife and girls will be staying in FL for a few weeks. I don't know what I will find to do to keep myself busy..

No doubt. Even if they were only gone for a week, you could order a kilt from Stillwater every day, you could have five more kilts before they got home, with time left to hide them, not that I would advocate that kind of behavior...
