    Wow Ham, what an outpouring of support! Five pages already!!

    Do hope you feel better soon. Would be wonderful if the doc prescribed a sensual nurturing therapeutic massage...which can do wonders if the therapist is well trained and exacerbate things if not.

    And, a hammock would be perfect were it not for the climbing in and clambering out.
