When me & the wife were in Edinburgh a few years ago, I had a salad with deep-fried haggis balls. It should be easy to make. Chill the haggis, roll it up into balls the size of golf balls, roll in an egg wash and then in some breadcrumbs, flour, or maybe cornmeal. Fry 'em up and eat 'em with some mustard or chutney...
I wish I had some leftover haggis right now.
