Is it just my imagination, or am I seenig a surge in Welsh cilts on the board? It just seems like I'm hearing about more and more cilts in an Edwards Tartan, or the Morgan, or the Williams, or Ellis for that matter.

Bryan...I wonder how many cilts are actually hanging in our closets right now?...

As I recall, the griffon has the head and forequarters of an eagle, so this doesn't seem to fit that. I'll take a better look when I get them.

As I recall, the griffon has the head and forequarters of an eagle, so this doesn't seem to fit that. I'll take a better look when I get them.

Thanks for taking a look, I went to the web site and checked it out and it does seem to have a dragon head on it. they are really nice though, I am sure you will love them.

I'll either have to drop by Sportkilt today or [shudder] wear jeans tonight as my two kilts I was told would be here this week have not been delivered.

I would think that jonesing for a Jones tartan would be the worst!

I know some do not like Sportkilts but I now have a nice-looking low cost beater kilt, a pair of black hose, and a new sporran. The jones is satisfied for a while but by gawd those two better get here by next wednesday.
In another thread there's mention of pulling a tape around a woman's waist, indeed quite a nice thing to do. I measured Amber this past summer for one of the two Cali tartan kilts Bear said would probably be done by the time I was in Van in mid-November. All the staff at her restaurant were in awe and I promised her she'd have it by Christmas. No word at all from Bear since however and that's too bad, I thought he was a nice guy.
