USNDoc, great news! Don't you love when something that looks like spam turns out to be somrthing good?
And not to detract from your excitement, but when I got home today I had a notice from the USPS that they were holding a package for me from Great Britain. This has to be the eBay kilt I won back in Nov.! I was wondering if I would ever see it. I can't wait to pick it up, and should be able to do so on the way to the airport tomorrow morning. If not, I will have to wait all weekend!
The kilt concealed a blaster strapped to his thigh. Lazarus Long

Over a month to ship a kilt via USPS? I've bought several kilts on E-Bay that were shipped USPS from Britain and the longest wait was 6 days.
That delivery time is just rediculous. I ship to Britain regularly and occassionally buy directly from Scotland and every time used the USPS or Royal Post (depending on point of origin). I've never waited for more than a week between when the package was first given to the postal authorities and when it arrived on my door step.
1. I realize how much better quality he did than the one I made.
2. I now want him to make me several more and I don't have the money right now.
3. I have confirmed that I am addicted to the freedom of kilts.
All joking aside, Matt you did a wonderful job. I will most likely be contacting you to order the MacGregor soon. What is the current wait time? The wedding is in August.
I will post some pictures as soon as I can. I have a photo job this weekend so maybe after that I can get them up where people can see the quality of work.
Re: Wait time... Right now I am working on kilts that were ordered back in October. I got behind due to the holidays, but now that things have slowed down I'm trying to play catch up.
I try and keep wait time to within 8 to 12 weeks if possible.
Aye,
Matt
