"A Man's a Man for a' that" or "Scots Wha Hae" would be my recommendations for pipe tunes to pipe the Haggis in. Both are relatively easy to find on various pipe band CD's.
As far as other music for a Burns Supper, a good friend of mine, Alex Sutherland, is a Scottish singer and will be performing tomorrow night at our Burns Supper. I would be happy to speak to him for you about ordering one of his CD's:
