Can't tell from the pics, but it looks like the belt loops are a tad tight on your wide belt....?? Or it may just be the angle of the pic...
Can you speak to the width of those belt loops?
I'm guessing if someone needed them wider, Davy could do that.

Ron, the belt loops are quite wide, more than wide enough for the belt. I just have the sporran straps OUTSIDE the belt loops, and they're up against the bottom of the belt, so the straps look smaller.
In fact, these belt loops are true "sporran hanger" straps, and not really belt loops, though I'm so used to using them as belt loops, that I just do it.
BTW, I forgot to mention that this kilt comes with sewn-in fabric straps INSIDE the kilt for hinging your kilt to store it. Military kilts seem to come with these, but none of my other kilts have them....just this one.
