While I've never had a compliment nearly as nice as yours, I have had a woman tell me "Wow, you sure have the legs for a kilt!". ;)

I do notice that I carry myself differently when I'm wearing a kilt. I'm more upbeat and positive, and I feel alot more confident in who I am. Amazing what a length of cloth can do!

Wearing the kilt is a natural. Glad to hear that others see that in us.

Last night at a Burns Supper a lady came to me and said "you were born to wear a kilt"

In the light of this thread - I nearly fell over! and thanked her, it is the highest compliment one can receive!

It is indeed a nice compliment. I have never been told that I ws born to wear the kilt, maybe in a more modern american way such as "..you can definetely pull the whole kilt thing off" !
