There are a few picks on the Utilikilts website of people who have run in their UKs...as for me...no way in h-e-double hockey sticks...

Next time you are around a bunch of cattle notice that it is the young ones who do the running and jumping. The old bulls are a more focused and damn near never in a hurry.

Just a thought, given the recent discussion on the Mountain Kilt. It's very lightweight and has a "modesty snap" on the hem, so it would seem a natural choice. I haven't tried running in mine (it only arrived yesterday), but I did try some wide strides and it seemed not to bind.
