I did not know my father's parents, and my mothers father died when I was only ten. The only grandparent I really knew well was my Scottish grandmother, I am not sure how she would feel about my kilt wearing, but I think she might have been ok with it. She was a very imposing woman, quite vocal in her opinions about everything, which were the only opinions that mattered. She said what was on her mind, and "devil take the hindmost". ;)

Great pic! Boy, I wish I could see any of my Grandparents again. I'm glad for you that it appears that it was the inablility to get around for the time being.

Like you said she looks like she still has spunk. My Grandmother Edwards Died in 83 and she & I were real tight. She was 87 and untill a week before she passed. She was feeling great. Don't miss the visits. She would invite me over and have a Sherry togeather and she would tell me not to tell my Dad. My Dad is a Preacher and she didn't want him to know. To this day have not told him, between me and grandma. ;-)
