I find an Original UtiliKilt, t-shirt & sandals (& a wide-brimmed hat for extended visits in the solar oven) keeps me as cool as possible when it's 110F (43.3C) or more (but it's a dry heat  ). Of course, I wear mine "commando" (as God intended) - it helps to have a breeze between the knees!
I don't know, man. The UtiliKilt has a lot of overlapping material that gets kind of warm, even around here, in the summer.
I vote for the USA Casual. Too thin for winter but great in summer.
