    Watching forthe mail truck

    I just got word today from the kilt store that my kilt has been shipped.
    six yard casual in 16oz. acient Muir.

    This is my first made to order kilt.
    I one other that I made in Black Stewart

    I just found that the second kilt I made is actually a 'trying to be' Black Stuart - it is not square which is why I thought it wasn't a tartan, but it is close enough to be recognised. I made it up to the red stripe and it does look rather good.

    I don't supose it has the same cred as a 16oz ancient Muir - but it is a pleasing to the eye pattern.
