The photos I posted of the TFCK kilt/suit show me wearing it only formally or semi-formally (ie: without the jacket). Believe me, I also wear this same kilt in the summer with a polo shirt, folded/rolled down hose and boots. I'd also wear it with a T-shirt, but I no longer seem to suit T-shirts!!
For me that is pretty casual and I'll dress like that to do my weekly supermarket shopping, etc. or visiting friends and neighbours - that's "bumming" about town for me; whatever "bumming" really means
