In some states the use of device to peer up into a persons garments for the purpose of spying underclothes or genitalia is considered a felony offense and will get you listed in the sex-offender registry.

Now if a man had done what she'd done, even if he'd done it in jest, he'd be called a pig and a pervert and wind up spending a part of his evening discussing his altered footwear with a police officer, even if there wasn't a specific law about it in his state.

Personally, I think she demeaned herself as a woman with that stunt. I can't even call a female willing to do that a lady. And if she had actually noticed that you don't see much because of the low light, it makes me wonder whether she was really joking or had hoped to spy more than she should.
