Welcome from South Carolina, I used to golf and fish with a gentleman whom was the State Engineer for PA with USDA. I've heard so much about the soils and projects up there I feel like I "know" the state tho I have never set foot in it.

Well, maybe "stuck" isn't the right word - it's western New York. I'm almost in our Tri-State (PA-OH-NY).

Have you already checked out the Kilt Map? You can at least see the X Marks members near you.

I had a link for nationwide Scottish festivals and highland games, which had all of those in Pennsylvania, but it's broken.
