    I agree with Hamish, I may be spoiled but I cringe at the thought of velcro on any part of Scottish attire but I guess with the more contemporary kilts it wouldn't matter.

    I hadn't planned on velcro, it just showed up that way. The outside is nice with an embossed celtic knot pattern along the length.
