    I think that it depends on the look you are trying to portray. With the white dress shirt (do button the sleeves), white/off-white hose, semi-formal sporran, and dress black shoes, you are at least semi-formal, if not more. A tie and jacket would make it definitely formal.

    If you want to go more casual, like to the office, you could try a pullover shirt, in either black or white (is there another color in that tartan, it looks like it), with matching hose and flashes (or no flashes and hose pushe down). A nice cable knot sweater would also work.

    Again, what look are you trying to accomplish and where will you be wearing it?

    As a general note I will have to agree that it is worn too low, and the hose should really come up higher as well. And a belt really is not optional from a fashion view point, even if it is from a functional standpoint.
