Considering said comments came after the flashing, I would have to disagree. Sorry, Blu. Especially considering how many kids these days are seen wearing skirts (males, I should add) of the punk/goth/whatever persuasion, any individual not knowledgable about kilts could certainly be forgiven for calling a kilt a dress.
Obviously, there are those who will disagree, but the wearing of the kilt should be about pride. Maybe its my military background and upbringing, but showing a lack of pride whilst wearing a kilt, shows a certain amount of dishonour, IMO.
