maybe i am just a commoner but i have found that these work very well for me...
I fold the aprons into the center and close the kilt up like a book leaving the pleats hanging on the outside. smooth them out & then hang them in the closet...
ITS A KILT, G** D*** IT!

what i do is i roll my waist band and then i put a bowstrign through the belt loops and hang it, it seems to keep my pleats in place.
