I think I could handle the pressures of running the estate, I already have children - so an heir is not a problem, hmm maybe an application is needed here

I saw this on the Today Show...apparently the estate needs A LOT of work and the cost of upkeep is ENORMOUS...Then again, it could be turned into a great B&B...

I think that is the thing, he wants someone that will keep it on the current path (it is rented for weddings and such). It sounds like the estate is doing alright for it self, but needs someone with energy, ideas, and fitting Sir Benjamin's criteria.
