Gentlemen, lets focus (no not on JK Rowling!). Exactly what tartan is the unnaturally lucky kilted Doctor wearing?

I've been looking for ten minutes and still don't see any tartan.

Oh, kilts, schmilts; we talk about kilts all the time. How often do you see a British author with gams like that after having three children? This is truly noteworthy.
{Sensing Panache's increasing frustration.} Oh ... I think it's Flower of Scotland, maybe.
But those gams! Holy crow! Blonde, wind-tossed British billionaire in an evening gown perched majestically atop those gams! And she has a mask, too! If she had a cat-o'-nine-tails as well, she could make a secondary career for herself, if the writing thing doesn't pan out.

Oh man... don't set my mind off in that direction so early in the morning!

After a second and third (or thirty third) review, at least he is wearing it with respect. All the right accessories, might be a bit low, but everything matches, and he even included the sghian dhub.
Of course, a bit more wind and JK would have answered the "question" for us!
Must stop visualizing...

Whoot whoot. Not half bad...JK I mean. Yeah, he needs to either shave it up or grow it out...he should take a cue from Graham. Beardwise, that is, not hair wise :-P

Huh?? It seems to me that he has some work to do if he wants to hold on to her. So the kilt is a good start. The picture we're talking about brings hope to all of us: shabby, scruffy guy gets a major catch because of the kilt. Behold the power of the kilt! WOOOOOHOO!
(I know, I know: it probably didn't happen that way. For all we know, this picture could be the first time he's ever worn the kilt. But it MAKES SENSE.)
