Derek, that is a very thought provoking post. I started wearing kilts at age 58. I not sure that I could have done so at age 18, 28, or even 38. Why? Probably because of peer pressure, and caring a great deal about what people thought of me, and how that might affect my career.
I think as we age, what people may think of us becomes less important. We become more confident in who we are, and where we are going. So, to the younger members of XMarks I have to say, well done. Your self-confidence and maturity may very well exceed your years.
