I think it bares repeating that he is doing pretty much everything right. Kilt looks like its a good length, no belt with the vest, hose are pulled up, etc. Ok so the sporran is a little low and his hair and beard could use some help, but really he deserves a lot of credit. If for nothing else than letting someone who knows what they are doing dress him, or taking the time to get it right.
He's a native Scot. It's not like trying to convince an American that he is wearing the kilt wrong. If you wear it wrong there, you are very likely to hear about it, especially in the media.
