Nope
I really want a camo kilt, the wife doesn't think that is a good idea yet. But even so I don't think the camo sporran would do it for me. I am still hoping for a Freelander or BK.

As for the price: the sporran sells over here in the UK for about £65 (US$113).
Sorry, Hamish, but that is just nuts.
I can make them, to the same quality and wholesale them for about $25USD. In different camos. And, I'd make a profit.

Those of us who are not talented in craft work have to rely on commercially available products, I'm afraid MH!!
Additionally, you may not be aware that the one I have is a leather sporran faced with camo fabric, and leather is much more expensive here in the UK than it is in North America.
As a point of interest, I also have a similar sporran faced in blue denim that matches exactly my denim kilt - also from KiltStore.net.

This photo was taken last summer in the late (and great!) Sir Winston Churchill's garden at Chartwell in Kent.

Hamish, good Sir, I did not mean in any way to be derogatory towards you. My apologies if it seemed that way. Simply, it's the price.
I have, basically from the day I was born, been in the aviation business, military and civil. The old man was RCAF then Air Canada. I was CAF (the 'R' had been removed by '82) and then RAF. Any little item having to do with aviation, the price is jacked up so high that it is unbelievable!
It has come to my attention, that when it comes to items related to kilting, the same appears to be true. With some exceptions(those folks in "the biz" who post here).
Oh, and as usual, you look damned good!

As an addition, I would like to add that, at the age of 12, I was honoured to have the opportunity of reading Sir Winston's books which were part of my Father's collection. They will become mine, when the time comes. He may not have been the greatest writer of our times (arguably), but he was the best storyteller.

Hey Rocky,
Its just me....but I have six Camo Kilts, the UK original woodland, PK desert MARPAT, PK forest MARPAT, FK CADPAT, FK Desert Camo, and AK Tiger Stripe. The PK's and AK have matching cloth "sporrans' I wear those with the kilts if I have to.
Obviously it'd look silly to put a British camo with another camo (have switched the desert and forest MARPATs for contrast with fair results) but I also don't see the point in wearing a camo sporran with a solid kilt since all my solid kilts have pockets.
So, even if I already had one, I don't know what I'd wear it with unless it was a matching kilt in that British Camo (which I was looking for at the height of my camo kilt addiction but never found...)
I'm still consider sporrans a nuisance and prefer kilts with pockets, vests with pockets, jackets with pockets, even hoodies with pockets in lieu of them.
And I'm still down on "standard" size sporrans as being too small for my hands and stuff...
Don't think I'd get one. But that's just me...and I'm an old guy at 61 and way out of touch with youngster's fashion.
Besides...I'm saving up for another semi-trad
