Brazil??
Anyone have any clue what the kilt-friendliness of Brazil (Sao Paolo, Brasilia) might be? I may have the opportunity to travel down that direction in a few weeks. I'd hate to think that the 10-hour plane trip needed to be done in t*****s!! ![Crying or Very sad](http://www.xmarksthescot.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_cry.gif)
Regards,
Mark

Brazil...
Here are some folks to possibly hook up with in Sao Paulo:

The Brazilian Association of Whisky Collectors:

And for your perusal, the Scottish Link Pipe Band:

I know at one point the Brazillian Marines had a pipe band, but they did not wear kilts.
Our Scottish Society's President is originally from Brazil -- her parents were missionaries, so she is Brazilian, American and Scottish (McLeod of Harris)!
Hope this helps!
Cheers, ![Cheers!](http://www.xmarksthescot.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_beer.gif)

Mark, Why not PM Brazilkilt?: I believe he is from Brazil and from his posts, while kilts are not the norm they are appreciated. Not sure where in Brazil he is from but he should have some insight! Have fun while there.
