It's only the truth. After all, I didn't claw my way to the top of the food chain to graze on vegetation.

One of my mother's excuses for not liking camping, is that our ancsetors work themselves to the bone so we could have homes and commuinities, why would I now want to insult their memory and go sleep in the bush?

It could be said that the bugs etc that will munch on your bits when you are six feet under are the real top of the food chain....

and i am not even going to start on all the creepy crawlies you have on your skin as we speak ... not a pretty thought for a Friday afternoon...

won't happen, that is why cremation is king in my book. If it was good enough for the Vikings, and Darth Vader, it is good enough for me.

I think I saw an episode of Bullsh*t! on showtime ( Penn and Teller ) that talked about "environmentalist" and such crap. One of the people that sided with Penn and Teller was one of the guys who founded Greenpeace, one of the uber-crazy groups of nut-jobs out there.

According to the show, he quit becuase greenpeace went from an environmental group to a political group. I'm failry certain PETA is the same. Once they realized they had some clout ( real or imagined ), they started going after everyone. Lots of fun watching PETA protestors in the cold wearing leather something-or-other.

I figure that if we weren't meant to eat animals...we wouldn't have evolved with a sense of depth perception to view prey before pouncing, hearing to hear those stalking us, or feet and hands to chase down and consume our dinner, not to mention a huge brain to figure out new and ingenious ways to get dinner before it gets us.
