Ahh...I see someone else has had witnessed this...it is truly a sad sight when a visitor tries to stand toe-to-toe with the natives. Explains why many pubs have long booths...for the tourists to pass out in.

I think my contacts are adhered to my eyeballs now, just a little ribbin, no harm meant, as they say "to each his own"

See!... I KNEW it was the socks. This is the photographer's reply to my email:
First, thanks for tracking me down. And, thanks for being a good sport! I am not sure that Russ at the MacKay tent may have been able to get over was that I was the entire jury of one, and your kilt alone would not have gotten you into the Top Ten. The deciding factor was the tube socks with stripes and hiking boots. I had a lot of fun with this project, and it started about 2 years ago, when someone walked by and I looked and uttered: "What WAS he thinking!" The next thought was the poster. I am at the Scottish American Military Society tent at almost all the games, and if you bring your poster by, will be glad to "personalize" it for you. Of course, now, all my friends and some strangers are pointing out the "contestants" for Bad Kilts II. That will have to wait and see if BKI goes over well.

Now I HAVE to go to the Pleasanton, California games.

If you started to jump up and down in that kilt, you might cause small children to have a seizure. (I keeid, i keeid)

[QUOTE=Kilted KT]I recognize that tartan, isn't that the MacTezuma? The name was translated (badly, I might add) to Moctezuma by the Spanish conquistadors. Doesn't everyone know that the ancient americans where scots who went out sailing for more scotch ingredients and haggis spices?[/QUOTE
I think it is the Penn scots McAmish.WOW!!
