Kilt Do's and Don'ts

HRH always looks good when kilted. And I'd like to point out his incredibly elegant walking stick as well. I wish I had one of those, but the good ones are so pricey.

It's sad that his sons don't wear kilts, but maybe they'll come to their senses as they grow older.

Now is Prince Charles just wearing a porran belt/strap and no belt. is that in the right?
