GWAR is an experience like you've never had before.

I remember having dreadlocks of this flour and water mix, along with other assorted stuff, in my hair (long. Halfway to my butt at the time) after the show in 1989. I was drenched in sweat and other fluids, since I was on the front row. Awesome show!

Well. I checked YouTube for GWAR. Totally lost the melody. Couldn't understand a single word. And they surely doesn't seem to have as cool stage performance than Lordi. They actually literally have set the stage on fire twice with their massive pyrotechnics. The best live band I've seen so far. And I really like melodic hard rock. If you liked KISS back then you should like Lordi too. ;) And they're music videos are really top quality, the performer of Mr. Lordi studied in the theater school. The band is just pure fun! And nowthey are also international superstars. At least in Europe! Check the videos!
Would you love a monsterman

I don't know if I would call that a claim to fame. Look at what happened at the White Lion show in Rhode Island.
GWAR's shows must be seen in person to even slightly get a feel for the spectacle. Videos done with a hand camera on YouTube are not going to even slightly give the feel. There's a reason they've been around for over 20 years.

I agree with that. Gwar may not be the best band in the world but they still kick a**.

I don't think GWAR is happy enough to be in a happy meal.
