SportKilt has some well made flashes for about $15 in tartans. I have a bunch and just ordered two more today. Wide elastic, solid metal hook together dealie bobbers. Flashes are as well made as the ones I get from Kathy Lare at Kathy's Kilts, just the material is cotton poly.
