"Let me guess! You are a graduate student in theology, aren't you? It shows."

Oh boy, I think I found that one way too clever for my own good.

I'm almost embarassed that I got that one.

With all the EverQuest I've played, the first response to pop in to my mind was, "Don't be silly, Halflings don't wear kilts."

Don't feel bad, I got it too. I guess that just means we're geeks, KILTED geeks though.

No Halflings don't normally wear kilts, but in one world where I played, the dwarves do. (Yay! Angus the Dwarf!).

I'm now playing a lot of City of Heroes and City of Villans. Sadly, kilts are not a costuming option for men yet (I've been lobbying.) But let's move that to a different thread.

Tonight after dinner with friends at LaRosa's, I stopped in at Graeter's Ice Cream for a treat. I was wearing my black UK with boots and a robin-egg blue shirt. On my way out of the store, I had to wait at the door for a family family of five or so - four adults and a small girl about 4.5 years of age - to get their act together before I could exit.

The dad eventually helped make way for me and I passed through the group:
Kid: "That man is wearing girl pants!"
    Mom: "Shh. It's a kilt."
Dad: Embarrassed grin in my direction.
Me: Returned the grin with a shrug.
    Regards,
    Rex in Cincinnati
