Fantastic, all least the pleats are not in the front!!!! Who ever did it actually must know what a bagpipers is and what bagpipes look like. Hmmm maybe ask who made it and see if they actually wear a kilt. If they do send to Xmarks... opps or is that too cultish behavior? (other thread about cults ).
