Which mini lines have kilted figures?
Most of them are approx. 1/48 or 1/4"=1' (a 6' person would be 1.5 inches tall), which is ALSO the same scale as O guage trains, Dept. 56 houses (and other lines), and various other "toy" and "collectable" stuff.
I know the "hero clix" line (marvel and DC characters) is as well.
I use these "war gaming" pieces for a train layout (which also has a Batcave, airport full of air racers, an F1 paddock, baseball park/football stadium, a pirate ship, and a VERY ODD collection of cars and people. All extentions of my personality and interests. I need more people in kilts (maybe with enough I'll make my own Highland Games).

yeah o-guage terrain is a bit big for most wargaming mini's but you can sorta fudge the scale. The mini's i come across regularly in hobby shops are usually what's referred to as 28mm 'heroic'. I also think it depends how they measure the fig...if it's from bottom of feet to top of head...or bottom of base to top of head.
If I were you I'd look around online for close out deals on Celtos mini's....I know Newwavegames.com used to carry them.
Also try Rackham.....or maybe Reaper. Hope that helps a bit.

I found this from Prince August...
...but it looks like his kilt is on backwards.

Plastic actually lol. And I would guess that that last one was sculpted by someone working from a picture, with not experience or knowledge of kilts.
