I'm thinking that the next time we head back to Des Moines we'll have to make a little side trip. We usually leave here on Fri night and spend the night somewhere East of Big Springs...might just have to stretch it a little.

If she doesn't go for kilts for the staff, how about tartan aprons. USA Kilts has the Ireland's National tartan in pv, which could be made into nice aprons for servers (but not for cook's aprons). The pv can be machine washed and has a coating to resist staining.
