so, are you saying only Hamish can wear sandals and hose with a kilt, with him being a Doctor of Kilt Aquisition?

I for one am a big fan of the kilt with sandals. I think it is a pretty good casual look, and especially when it's really hot out. When I'm back in Bangkok, I'll probably wear sandals most of the time while kilted. I especially think it looks good with a nice casual polo shirt with the kilt.

I echo everything folks have said. I wear my Keens with my UKs all the time.
