I believe that the economy has less fabric, less pleats and they are pleated to the stripe not to the sett.

If you like the Standard Model, you may be disappointed with the Economy Model. It has less fabric, and the apron is not as wide.

stick with the standard......
i love the standards
i believe there is also one less buckle
