New Kilt!
I just picked up a kilt today for $40.00. It is very basic. No buckles or hem. Some old lady was selling it in a junk shop. She said she had bought it for her grandson, but it was too big. She said she got it from a yard sale a few months back, so it is definately used, but in new condition. It has 3 inch box pleats. She didn't know what the tartan was. Anyone have any ideas?

I saw a plaid skirt/kilt just like that (same colors/pattern I think) at a used record store in Georgetown a few months ago.. I was tempted to pick it up, myself.
