Keep in mind I am a Utilikilt sort of guy. Never have owned a tartan kilt, probably never will own a tartan kilt.
On my budget the fanciest I will ever get will be a UK Mocker.
But yes...of course.....if you own a kilt that costs hundreds of dollars it will be quite fancy for any sort of serious occassion.
I should have been more specific with my thoughts.
When I want to get dressed up.....REALLY dressed up....I wear the suit I was married in 12 years ago.
