Phil, In the Netherlands it isn't common to wear a kilt. Although, there are several pipebands. There are also the Dutch Highlandgames and different festivals. That's were I wear my kilt. I'm looking forward to the first one. It's named the Castlefest and it's been held on the 7th of august. Whem I got some pictures I will post them.

Yesterday was the 4th of july Parade and I was on the radio station float with my Irish National from SWK Now the trick is to get a picture of the parade. I did not have my camera but I know some people who had theirs and I will get a copy . So any day can be a kilt wearing celebration.
