I actually wear mine just right at the belly button. It will go above that, depending on the rise of the kilt.

I wear mine at or above. When I first saw this, I expected a poll on where we wear kilts out somewhere, such as at resturants and such.

At, or above. Depends on the kilt. My UK, slightly above, otherwise, it looks too long. The traditionals, right at.

It depends upon the kilt! I have traditionals with a 2" or more rise and I have hipsters (and others that are somewhere between the two). You haven't given provision for me to vote, so I fear this will have to do!!

That part is easy - always, everywhere, during every waking moment. At least that is my goal.
