This sounds like it ought to be the Xmarks motto. Well said.

On the matter of deportment, I was not very kind to a rude woman this weekend at the rafting camp. In retrospect, I could have handled myself better, and regret that I did not address her stupid comments (beginning with the command "Bend over!") with more aplomb. I can't imagine that I left her and her cohorts with a good feeling about kilted people. I am learning from my mistakes, however.

I know I replied to this post before.....but I can't help feeling that there is a great deal of curiosity in the general public about kilts and I keep feeling there are guys who are just waiting to see them become more popular before they wear one.

Everywhere I go and everything I do I overhear comments. The one woman at the post office mentioned to her friend that her husband has a Utilikilt but never wears it. Some young women at Home Depot when they saw my kilt sounded like they were just waiting to see one in public.

Now someone told me they saw a guy in a Utilikilt on the west side of Phoenix waiting for a bus two nights ago....and I know it wasn't me.

I think the kilts are spreading and I hope they take over the world.

If the temperatures stay as they are there is no need to do anything - the kilted stock will simply out breed the trousered in an interesting variation of the survival of the fittest.

    re: curiosity

Interest has been suppressed for a very long time by an extremely rigid trousers tyranny. So, of course, the kilted eccentrics arouse curiosity.
