http://www.utilikilts.com/, I was wondering why their site was down earlier this week.

Do they still have the cordoroy and denim models? I don't see them....

I see the Original now comes in a new color called "Woodland" and I wonder what that looks like?

Almost makes me want to get a UK. I'm very torn now between modern and traditional. UK's seem to be very practical for day-to-day stuff, and (correct me if I'm wrong) can be thrown in the washer easily, no problems.

I guess there is room for both in this day and age.

They don't seem to have the demim and no corduroy.

But something cool , on the front page with the sideshow of pictures, a pic of me and my daughter standing on a boat is there. That's cool, at least for me, now to win a kilt.

There's definitely room for both! I have a black Original that I can wear for mucking around the house in. While I prefer my tartan kilts, my UK is nice to have around for days I don't feel like being "flashy".

The site looks good. I did notice however that they are still showing the size 30 & 31 workmans, which they no longer make.

Yes, UKs are the only kilts I wear. I love them! Throw them in the washer, hang dry, and you are all set.

I also have a denim Union Kilt and I just received an email that my Amerikilt is on its way from Pennsylvania but I think UKs will always be my favorite.

I know I love my AmeriKilt. How are you liking the denim Union Kilt? at 89 sterling, that works out to about $125 USD, right?

The site looks very nice, but at least for me is loading VERY SLOWLY. I'm still considering a UK though.
