Men are usually wrapped up in trousers, safe from prying eyes. Kilts leave an opportunity women don't usually get. But, just because it's intriguing doesn't mean it's all right to take upkilt pictures! Some people have no class ot decency.
I won't argue with you there . . . I think that for me, it's the conflict of what is considered sexual harrasment towards either sex (women seem to be biased, usually) but I realize the kilt can be exciting to women (a good reason to wear the kilt ) and that's okay as long as it suits the situation. If you ask politely and in fun, I'll authorize a kilt check, no prob.
