I'm just waiting for the where are your pipes question. Since the only instrument I ever played was in my high school marching band,I plan to answer, I play Tuba. I bet that one would really leave them wondering.

Or if the occasion warrants and the question is sarcastic, you can indicate the pipes are under the kilt or if the question is not sarcastic but coming from an obviously interested comely lass, you could indicate the same thing with a wink.
