I would really love to go, but atm I'm between jobs, so unfortunately I don't foresee being able to get time off that soon. But I could get lucky I could also talk to my girl about it, so it's possible we might both come.
I'd go just to meet you guys, and especially Hamish--by all accounts you are a great guy and it would be cool to meet you.

According to their site (www.lasvegascelticsociety.org) the Las Vegas Celtic Gathering & Highland Games in 2007 will be held the 21st & 22nd of April. That's two weeks after Easter.

Ahhhh...finally a date to shoot for! That will help enormously when it's time to book my vacation in February. Hopefully I'll be able to snag a week off in April that coincides with the event. My wife and I will be there if we can!

That would be a great weekend for me. I'm on a compressed work schedule and the 20th happens to be my Friday off. Of course I'll take some days on whichever end of that is needed, but that's one less day of leave charged against me.
