    Panache and all,

I think it looks good in both cases! I'd like to see the picture with brown accessories on a tartan kilt, though, to make a more informed opinion. I was hoping to wear the one I'm ordering from David (a black and tan) with brown accessories over an Irish American tartan kilt.

Thanks, Panache! I was already sold on getting one before, but now I'm feeling even more confident in my decision.

I dig the kilt pin, too.

That pin is ultimately appropriate. It is a gift from a lovely lady (my wife) who is a vet who has an interest in exotic pets (and owns three snakes) and it is pinned to a Hunting McCleod tartan (aforemention lovely wife is a Nichol a sept (sp?) of the McCleods. Symbolically speaking, I'm her man.

    Cheers
