You will really enjoy this kilt, Hermann. I know I do. In fact, I like my Ireland's National from Rocky so much that I am finding myself putting it on every morning without thinking about what kilt I should wear for the day!

    But
Great taxes! I piad 78 Dollars = 61 Euros tax on it .
    Sometimes I hate my state!
I think you will find it is much the same across Europe, Hermann. That is about what it would cost here in the United Kingdom too.

Just one little thing: The black thread on the white stripe is not what I expected!

But pics will follow for all to see!
Do you mean the black stripes alongside the white ones? They have been there all along! This tartan is not the same as the Irish National, and that confused me when I first had my kilt because I had not noticed the difference between the two tartans. Nevertheless, I still love this kilt so much that I have just ordered two more semi-traditionals from Rocky ('Caledonia' and 'Prince of Wales**') which he will send to me whilst I am in California! To avoid paying our import taxes, etc.!!!!

Looking forward to seeing your photos.

** I am thinking that this tartan will be perfect for the beautiful kilt-pin you sent me for my Birthday, Hermann. Since it is white, I have been waiting for a darker tartan on which to wear it.
